Sometimes they turn us upside down, and it’s hard to get up on our own… that’s when it’s worth asking for help…
(illness, rejection, lack of work, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, with children, anger, resentment, procrastination, self-sabotage, living in the role of a victim or perpetrator, lack of money and orders, any addictions and difficult experiences, etc.)
Often in these crises, we stop from the rush to focus on what’s important… family, rest, closeness with a partner, conversations with friends, paying more attention to children and ourselves…
When you ask why this is happening to me again, I often answer with a few sentences…
Our souls in human bodies came here to learn through experiences.
We form families, enter relationships, go to work, start new projects, companies, businesses… and all around us, we have people…
Thanks to them, we grow and become stronger… both when things are good and when it’s hard… to defend ourselves…
Of course, after some time, when we heal and embrace the wounded parts of ourselves.
These experiences teach us immense humility toward life, love for ourselves and others, often a return to the arms of God, gratitude for what we have, a deeper understanding, compassion for ourselves and loved ones, patience, and faith in pursuing our goals… dreams…
We then step out of the illusion of separation from the truth, joy, health, and peace, and return to ourselves… for ourselves…
So we can savor what we have now in everyday mindfulness and silence.
In this pause, we can focus on what we secretly long for and choose good thoughts and words every day that shape our world…
Do good things for ourselves and others… things that strengthen and make us happy…
Be more present and make good decisions.
If you’re currently struggling in any area of life, I invite you on a shared journey… I’ll gladly accompany you on this path…
