Strong, psychological, and so true.
So many hearts are stuck, frozen in the past…
And love will not flow… because the heart is with someone else…
With the love from youth, with the love of a grandparent, a parent… and we repeat these patterns…🙈
You can break free from them and feel freedom, flow, and truth…
That’s what I encourage and invite you to do with all my heart 🙏❤️🙏

P.S. 2 We first love our parents, and that’s the main pattern, and the rest is just replaying… 😉
That’s why in therapy, we will LOVE the inner child, so it can be filled, we forgive our parents for what they didn’t give us… WE LOVE them… for life and for what we received that was precious… we do systemic cleaning, cutting off the past… to make space for the present.
So that real, deep, and sincere love can flow for both of us ❤️🕊️🦋🌹🥂
We don’t carry a bag of stones into the new, because that weight is unbearable for two…
It’s too heavy, too difficult…
