It\u2019s so beautiful and real…<\/p>
There\u2019s so much love, courage, and hope within us…\ud83d\udd4a\ufe0f<\/p>
That\u2019s why I want to share a few reflections \u2014 for both sides… \u2764<\/p>
Women often say: „It’s his ego… he\u2019s cold, distant, emotionless…”
In the beginning, he was so warm, present… and then?<\/p>
Then real life begins \u2014 emotions, subconscious patterns that we trigger in each other like mirrors…\ud83e\ude9e<\/p>
Work, children, responsibilities \u2014 everyday life that needs care and attention.<\/p>
That\u2019s why inner work on both sides is so important…\ud83c\udf89<\/p>
Masculine ego fears rejection and pain.
It doesn\u2019t need a fight \u2014 it needs understanding, tenderness, and love that is present and patient.<\/p>
That\u2019s why a man withdraws when he feels judged, criticized, or compared.<\/p>
He needs presence \u2014 one that doesn\u2019t want to take anything away, teach, or fix him \u2014 but simply be<\/em>… with trust, stillness, and empathy.\ud83d\ude4f<\/p> A man\u2019s ego is often a heavy armor \u2014 strong and cold \u2014 not because he wants to hurt, but because he protects his heart.<\/p> A heart that was once left without protection, without comfort…<\/p> Many men were never truly embraced \u2014 by their mother or those close to them \u2014 they were left to cope alone.<\/p> This feeling still lives deep within them…<\/p> Every boy who heard \u201cboys don\u2019t cry\u201d, \u201cstop whining\u201d, \u201cbe brave\u201d… learned that sensitivity must be hidden.<\/p> That vulnerability is weakness… not manly.<\/p> But now, as adults, this armor doesn\u2019t protect them \u2014 it imprisons them.<\/p> This is where the beautiful role of women comes in…\u2764\ufe0f<\/p> A woman is light \u2014 not to blind him, but to warm him…\ud83c\udf1e A man who runs away from feelings is not running away from you<\/em> \u2014 he\u2019s running away from himself<\/em>.<\/p> He\u2019s afraid…<\/p> Afraid of the trembling within him, of the voice saying: Afraid of the inner child that still remembers love equaling pain.<\/p> Often, this has its roots in his relationship with his mother.<\/p> To help him open up \u2014 don\u2019t mirror his fears \u2014 become the space where he feels safe to be vulnerable.<\/p> Don\u2019t try to save him \u2014 just be tenderly present.<\/p> See his fear \u2014 don\u2019t condemn it \u2014 just stay beside him… in your way…<\/p> Feel his distance \u2014 but don\u2019t take it personally.<\/p> He\u2019s not rejecting you<\/em> \u2014 he simply hasn\u2019t yet learned how to fully accept himself.<\/p> Both sides have their journey \u2014 and the way to the heart is often long.<\/p> Everyone goes through it in their own time and space…<\/p> And sometimes, crisis brings people to this moment…<\/p> And remember \u2014 you are not obligated to wait for anyone who isn\u2019t willing to reach for love \u2014 true, wild, deep love \u2014 even if it\u2019s right in front of them.<\/p> You can love with an open heart and leave with respect \u2014 if their soul isn\u2019t ready for „us”.<\/p> But if you stay \u2014 let it be the choice of your soul, not fear.<\/p> Let it be your decision \u2014 to support and be beside them.<\/p> Because only unconditional love has the power to melt the ice of a man\u2019s ego.\ud83d\udc8e<\/p> Not force.
