Dear Ones, today about the body… long, but to the point \ud83d\ude42<\/p>

I have spent the last few years healing my inner self, my body… a body that carried too much on its shoulders.<\/p>

This is why we get sick… it’s the result of many programs, patterns, roles, and conditionings… When it says „enough”<\/em>, we feel it strongly and clearly \u2014 through our skin, spine, nervous system, hormones…<\/p> The body is not a machine that suddenly breaks down. When the body stops cooperating \u2014 it does not betray us. It calls out when you suppress emotions and smile while your soul cries. The body is the language of the soul \u2014 and it speaks first. Pain, insomnia, tension, hair loss, migraines, weight gain, loss of menstruation, heart palpitations, autoimmune diseases…<\/p> These are not always „symptoms”<\/em> to silence and suppress… „This is not the way.”<\/em> Your body shows you exactly what you no longer want to feel \u2014 and exactly where you\u2019ve hidden your tender emotions:<\/p> \u2013 In your throat \u2014 that never spoke its truth… And when you don\u2019t listen… the body starts screaming.<\/p> Because it will not let you betray yourself any longer.<\/p> It doesn\u2019t rebel against<\/em> you… It protects you.<\/p> From a life your soul did not choose. Sometimes it\u2019s our soul that pulls the brake \u2014 speaking through the body…<\/p> Because it knows your mind won\u2019t listen yet… And then you come to me… Because when you start listening<\/em>… finally, after years… magic happens…<\/p> You slowly start moving away from what hurts, what is difficult… Your guide. It calls us to care for it…<\/p>
It calls out when you say „yes”<\/em> for years while every cell screams „no”<\/em>.
It calls out when you keep searching for „normality”<\/em>, carrying within you the history of four generations of pain, silence, exile, violence.<\/p>
That\u2019s why listening to your body every day is so important.<\/p>
They are often messages to be read \u2014 and this is what I do in my sessions…<\/p>
„Stop.”<\/em>
„This is not your fight.”<\/em>
„You lost yourself in a relationship, in expectations, in loyalty to a mother who could not love herself.”<\/em><\/p>
\u2013 In your shoulders \u2014 carrying someone else\u2019s life…
\u2013 In your belly \u2014 digesting fear, not food…
\u2013 In your knees \u2014 that no longer want to kneel before a system that oppresses you…<\/p>THEN THE BODY REBELS… AND SAYS „ENOUGH”…<\/h3>
From a relationship where you forgot who you are.
From a belief system that is not yours \u2014 but that you repeat out of loyalty to your ancestors.
From the illusion that you have to sacrifice yourself to deserve love.<\/p>
Because it sees you\u2019re afraid to hear the truth…
Because it loves you more than you love yourself \u2014 and will stop you even through illness if this is the only way to bring you back to yourself.<\/p>
